If learners fail, returning to retry should be simple. Assessments must be unambiguous (if selecting two answers, say so clearly). Lessons shouldn’t be too long—break content into manageable segments. End-of-topic summaries help consolidate learning. End-of-course summaries prepare learners for final assessments and help retention.
