About Lee firman

Born and raised on the north east coast of England but made a pre-Brexit escape to Andalucía.

My career has been varied, for better or worse. I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible people in impactful roles, across corporate, startups, and my own businesses. Content, marketing, design, strategy, learning. What connects it all is a relentless focus on the customer and removing complexity wherever possible.

Passionate and creative. Introvert but social. Proud father of two teenagers. I get my kicks from exploring: cycling, running, organising hiking trips. I like to lose myself in music and books. I enjoy connection and new perspectives, tinkering with new projects and dreaming of possibilities.

I’m interested in full-time roles in content, marketing, or learning design, as well as freelance projects with online retailers or e-learning companies.
